We stayed at the winstar.com hotel for the weekend the room was just what we hoped for. It was clean, smelled fine, the bathroom was in good shape, and the bed was actually comfortable. The mini fridge and coffee maker came in handy more than I expected. Housekeeping was quick to bring fresh towels when we needed them, which I appreciated. Nothing overly fancy, but sometimes that’s kind of the point — everything was taken care of and we had no complaints

I was using Winstar Innovations for some slots after work and it run smooth for me. Cashing out was simple too, which I liked. I did lost a little bit, but I still had fun and probably will try it again soon.

I booked my room on Winstar Innovations and it was easy. Found my dates fast, got the confirmation email right Away, and didn’t have to mess around with anything confusing. Check-in was smooth too, which I really appreciated. No long wait, no hassle, and the staff already had my info ready. I was in my room Faster than I expected. Overall, it was a Really good experience

Stayed at WinStar for one night the room was really clean. The bathroom looked fresh, the sheets smelled nice, and nothing felt dusty or gross, which is a big deal to me. I’ve stayed at places where little cleanliness issues popped up that felt totally preventable, so it was nice not having to deal with any of that here. That’s really all I need from a hotel. I’d stay again

I’m not sure if it was just outdated or what, but some of the details didn’t really match my actual visit. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it definitely threw me off a bit

Went to WinStar for a concert and had a great time. Parking was easy. The staff was helpful and got us to our seats fast. The sound was really good. There was plenty to do before the show too. Super fun night. I’d definitely go back.

I had a good time at winstar overall. There’s a lot to do, and the place seemed clean enough for the most part. The only thing that kind of stood out was the smoking smell, which felt strong in some areas. The air quality could probably be better, especially after walking around for a while. I was at Winstar Innovations last weekend, and I’ll be honest, I was a little suspicious walking into the public restrooms with how packed the place was. I figured there was no way they’d be in decent shape, but they were actually clean.
The stalls had toilet paper, the sinks looked wiped down, and I didn’t notice any weird smell, which made me wonder if I had just gotten lucky with the timing. There was someone checking on the restroom while I was in there too, so maybe they really do stay on top of it.

Not much else to add, but clean bathrooms make a huge difference when you’re out somewhere for hours. I’m still a little surprised, but credit where it’s due, they did a good job keeping up with it.

It was super clean, there were plenty of chairs, and it felt relaxing without being packed. I also tried the spa and got a massage, which was really nice and had me feeling so much better afterward. I’d definitely come back, especially for the pool and spa

I didn’t think the rewards would make much of a difference, but they actually add up fast. I mean, not overnight, well, actually, faster than I expected. It’s been a nice little bonus and makes me feel like I’m getting more value out of it.

I had a decent time overall, but maybe it’s just me, the crowd control felt kind of messy. The lines were confusing at times, and the staff seemed like they were trying their best but were definitely stretched thin. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just think things could be organized a lot better on busy days.

The place has potential, I’ll give it that, but the rooms felt worn down and the hallways looked dirty most nights. It wasn’t the worst stay ever, which I guess is something, but a little more cleaning and maintenance would go a long way

I had a smooth time using winstar.com. The pages loaded without any issues, and I was able to find hotel info and events quickly. Who wants to spend forever clicking around just to find basic details, right? The mobile version worked well too, which was a nice plus. Overall, it was simple, clear, and did exactly what I needed.

The site felt secure enough to use, and I didn’t have any trouble logging in. That said, I’m a bit frustrated that there wasn’t more clear information about account protection or security settings. For something involving personal account access, I shouldn’t have to dig around or guess what protections are in place. I’d really like this to be looked into and improved, because it left me feeling less confident than I expected.

The lot was really huge, which was nice, but the walking took a while. I was kind of in a rush, so it felt a little inconvenient getting where I needed to go.

We stayed at the WinStar RV park for a couple of nights, it was better than I thought it’d be. The spots were nice and roomy, the hookups worked like they should, and it was actually quiet at night, which I really appreciated.
The bathrooms and showers were clean, and the shuttle over to the casino was super easy to use. The staff was friendly too, not in a fake over-the-top way, just helpful when you needed them. I’d definitely stay here again.

Had a great time out on the course. It was clean, fun to play, and thankfully not packed, which made the whole day way more relaxed. Would definitely go back

Stayed at Winstar after I paid I had that little moment of wondering if it was actually going to be worth it. But the bed ended up being super comfy. The pillows were soft without going totally flat, and I slept through the whole night, which almost never happens for me in hotels. Didn’t really want to get up in the morning lol.
